Wedding Planner Assistant

We are a wedding planning company based in Doha, seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for event planning and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline creation
  • Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
  • Research and source vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure all details are in line with the client's expectations
  • Attend site visits and assist with setup on the day of the wedding
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process
  • Maintain accurate records of all wedding details and expenses
Qualifications
  • Pakistani national preferred
  • Experience in event planning or hospitality industry required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
  • Biometric passport required for visa purposes
