Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences and recommend suitable venues, decorations, and entertainment options. Negotiate contracts with vendors, handle logistics and timelines, and oversee the event on the day of. Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
