Job summary

GreenHarvest Industries in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our busy Indian restaurant. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate has experience in a restaurant, strong English communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. We offer a monthly salary of $1,000 plus accommodation and visa sponsorship. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of Indian languages is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for processing payments.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
• Provide recommendations and answer any menu questions
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
