Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Waiter to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are met.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers, providing menus, taking orders and making recommendations about food and drinks
• Serving food and drinks in a professional manner
• Providing outstanding customer service by ensuring that customers have a great dining experience
• Ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Upselling items such as desserts, drinks, etc. to maximize profits
• Maintaining a clean working environment by following health and safety regulations and keeping the restaurant clean at all times
• Handling customer complaints graciously and professionally in order to maintain customer satisfaction levels.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as Waiters/Waitresses in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Outstanding knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks & other beverages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy & efficiency
• A strong sense of responsibility; highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
