Job summary

Workato is seeking a skilled waiter for a high-paced restaurant in Lusail, Egypt. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure an excellent dining experience.

Waiter in Lusail, Egypt

We are seeking a skilled and professional Waiter to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in Lusail, Egypt. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, take orders, and answer any questions about menu items
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or complaints from guests
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
• Assist with setting up tables for new guests
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items

Requirements

• Egyptian nationality preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Previous experience as a waiter is not necessary but is preferred
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Salary

Starting salary for this position is 1600$.
