Waiter/Waitress for Indian Cuisine Restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a team-oriented and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our Indian cuisine restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests according to their preferences
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms
- Assist with setting up tables for new customers and clearing tables after guests leave
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
