Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan. As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with flexible hours and no experience required. The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests in a friendly manner and take their orders promptly
2. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
3. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
4. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
5. Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed
6. Process payments accurately using POS system
7. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
8. Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
