Job summary

Qatar Airways Group seeks a Graphic Design Specialist (Qatarization) to design, develop and deploy high-end graphics, visuals, videos and multimedia assets, including interactive and accessible digital learning experiences. Qualifications

• Must have relevant qualifications in graphic design, advertising or related discipline
• Relevant professional experience in graphic, visual or multimedia design
• Strong working knowledge of Mac/Windows platform
• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and collaborative design tools such as Figma
• Demonstrable experience in managing and developing graphics/visual/multimedia intensive digital learning solutions from concept through to final output

Responsibilities

• Responsible for art direction and graphic/visual/multimedia design for all projects including conceptualisation, design, production, completion and delivery as per business requirement.
• Work closely with stakeholders and external partners for graphics/visual/multimedia intensive projects.
• Develop complex graphics assets including concept and visual design, UI, illustrations, animations and simulations.
• Ensure artefacts comply with brand identity standards and guidelines to safeguard brand integrity.
• Apply accessible design practices and provide guidance for continuous improvement through research and networking.
