Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the import and export of vehicles.
  • Negotiate contracts with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues with suppliers related to vehicle quality, delivery, or documentation.
  • Develop and manage budgets for import and export operations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
  • Ensure that all imported and exported vehicles meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Prepare regular reports on import/export activities, including shipment status, costs, and compliance issues.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
