Job summary

Workato in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. You will create intuitive interfaces for our digital products, enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall experience.

Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing user flows, collaborating with developers and product managers, and conducting usability testing to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups to visualize design ideas.
• Design user flows and interaction patterns that are intuitive and easy to use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UX design.
