Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field is required.
• Valid school administrator certification or equivalent leadership credential is required; candidates in an approved program will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary, day-to-day leadership to sustain a collaborative, innovative, and nurturing environment for students and staff.
• Lead instructional supervision, PLCs, and data-driven decision making to elevate student achievement.
• Oversee campus safety, crisis procedures, and operational logistics to ensure a smooth division schedule and facilities management.
• Champion safeguarding, SEL, restorative practices, and strong partnerships with students, families, and staff.
