Role Overview

The UI/UX Specialist will support the enhancement of user experience across internal portals, business applications, and investor-facing platforms. The role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces while collaborating closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.

• Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and conduct usability testing.

• Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility principles, and mobile-first design.

• Collaboration with development teams to ensure accurate delivery of design specifications.

Certifications (Optional)

• UX Certification such as:

  • Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g)
  • Interaction Design Foundation (IDF)
  • or equivalent professional UX accreditation.

Experience Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within enterprise-level environments.
