The UI / UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of web and mobile applications. The role blends creativity with usability principles to produce designs that align with business objectives.

Job Specific Skills

Key Responsibilities :

• Design responsive user interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve design outcomes.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms and devices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in UI / UX design for digital applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
