Job summary

NextPartners in Al-Khor Qatar is seeking a skilled UI Designer to join our team. You will craft visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, at least 2 years of UI design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UI design experience for web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch or other design tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design.
• Work with product managers, developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Develop style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across platforms.
