ConFlip, a rapidly growing e-commerce company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking a talented UI Designer to join our team. You will create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile app to enhance the user experience and boost conversions.

Responsibilities include designing web and mobile interfaces, collaborating with product managers and developers, researching industry trends, developing wireframes and prototypes, and delivering high‑fidelity designs using Sketch

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
2+ years as UI Designer in e-commerce.
Strong portfolio of design work.
Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Design web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand and user needs.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions.
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and user behavior to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Create high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary design improvements.
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, design trends, and techniques.
