SPIE Global Services Energy in Qatar is seeking a Turnaround Static Engineer (Ammonia) to lead planning, preparation, and execution across large plant turnarounds. You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, and Contractors to ensure readiness and safe, on-time delivery.
The role requires 5–10 years in turnaround and static equipment maintenance, plus knowledge of ASME/API/NBIC standards and experience in ammonia or related facilities.

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy, Qatar for a : Turnaround Static Engineer (Ammonia)
Support the successful planning, preparation, execution, and close-out of turnaround activities for the Ammonia Plant by coordinating with the Turnaround Coordination Team, Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, Contractors, and Support Functions. Ensure assigned turnaround deliverables, execution readiness activities, work packages, materials, resources, contractor requirements, and static equipment maintenance activities are effectively managed and completed in accordance with approved schedules, quality standards, HSE requirements, company procedures, and turnaround management processes. Monitor turnaround progress, support risk mitigation activities, manage scope changes, resolve day-to-day execution issues, and contribute to achieving turnaround schedule, cost, quality, and operational readiness objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline.
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office
