Overview

A reputable logistics company in Doha, Qatar is seeking a skilled Indian truck driver to join our team. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to and from various locations within the city. This position does not require English language skills, making it suitable for non-native speakers. However, we do require a minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver and a valid commercial driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a heavy-duty truck to transport goods within the city
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Load and unload goods onto the truck using proper equipment
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues on the road
• Ensure all cargo is secured properly for transportation

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national with a valid commercial driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
