Job summary

SafeHarbor Logistics in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a trained Truck Driver to operate a commercial vehicle, load and unload cargo, and deliver goods to assigned locations. You will plan routes, perform pre-trip inspections, and communicate with dispatchers while adhering to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of trucking experience, a valid CDL, and the ability to work independently. English or Hindi/Urdu communication is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a commercial truck driver.

Responsibilities

• Operate the truck in a safe and responsible manner following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload goods onto the truck ensuring proper weight distribution and securing the cargo.
• Plan routes to ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers via radio or phone to provide updates on delivery status.
• Keep accurate records of mileage fuel usage and delivery times.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety vehicle maintenance and delivery protocols.

Job description

As a Truck Driver in Al-Rayyan you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a truck to transport goods to various locations

This position is ideal for Indian nationals with experience in truck driving and a valid commercial drivers license

This position is open for Indian nationals only

Requirements

• Familiarity with Al-Rayyan roads and traffic rules preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills in English basic level or HindiUrdu proficient level
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance

Salary 1100$ per month
