Role Summary

Support the timely and accurate movement of domestic freight while providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth daily operations.

What You Will Do

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and shipment updates
• Track trace and follow up on shipments throughout the workflow
• Coordinate with customers vendors and carriers to support delivery needs
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and documentation
• Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships
• Adhere to SOPs compliance requirements and KPI expectations
• Support continuous improvement in daily operational processes
• Escalate concerns when necessary to ensure service performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications: What You Bring

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with systems (Excel Word operational tools)
• Good communication skills in English
• Customer‑service mindset with attention to detail
• Logistics knowledge or HazMat certification is a plus (preferred)
