Responsibilities

Design and Plan Tours: Create customized itineraries and packages based on client preferences and budgets.

Coordinate with Service Providers: Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local guides to secure arrangements.

Negotiate Rates: Work with vendors to obtain competitive pricing for accommodations and activities.

Marketing and Promotion: Advertise tour packages through websites, social media, and travel agencies.

Customer Support: Provide detailed pre-tour information, assist with bookings, and resolve issues during travel.

Handle Documentation: Assist clients with visas, travel insurance, and other necessary paperwork.

Financial Management: Manage payments, budgets, and settlements with service providers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or related fields (not mandatory but preferred).

Experience

Prior work in tourism or hospitality is a plus
