Overview

My client are one of the worlds leading Principal Main Contractors who have in their 120 year history delivered iconic projects across all continents within the Building and Infrastructure sectors. With over 10,000 globally they are renowned for their expertise in design and build as for using highly innovative methods of constructions.

Our client has been in the GCC region for over 20 years and have recently be awarded a multi million dollar mixed use development project in Doha – Qatar. The project will consist of high rise buildings for commercial, hotel and retail use, and will be undertaking all the traditional principal main contracting duties. Our client are already on site and the scheme is expected to last until 2016.

We are seeking to recruit a Testing & Commissioning Manager to work as part of the MEP and Construction team on site.

Responsibilities

• Producing testing and commissioning strategy plans, forms, procedures, manuals, and project close out documents
• Formulate commissioning programmers
• Oversee installation & commissioning of MEP systems
• Work with the client consultant and design teams
• Work with the MEP teams

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Current GCC experience
• Be working currently as a T&C Manager – Testing & Commissioning Engineer or in a very similar capacity
• Experience working for a main contractor on Building projects
