Job description

Job-Specific Skills

• Coordinate and administer telecommunications operations.
• Work with business units to understand phone system requirements and priorities.
• Participate in evaluating telephony hardware and software needs.
• Contribute to phone architecture design, integration, and implementation.
• Manage company telecommunication systems including PBX, Cisco UC Manager, Unity, and Contact Center.
• Knowledge of video, voice, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with BlackBerry/EMM solutions and voice recording systems.
• Support telephony disaster recovery planning and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for advanced telecom issues.
• Assist in testing, installing, and adjusting telecommunications equipment.
• Execute maintenance plans to ensure reliability and service continuity.
