POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technician Grade 2 will be directly reporting to the Workshop Manager / Service Manager.

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE

• Safety guidelines want to follow up as per company policy.
• Maintaining the work standards as per the companys policy and procedure.
• Reading and understanding the customers concern.
• Follow up the diagnosis procedure as per service manual.
• Preparing estimate as per diagnosis and company standards.
• Taking approval based on diagnosis directly from supervisor.
• Maintain the 5S activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS

• Recognize diploma in regular basis or ITI certificate (Industrial Training Institute) done in regular.
• Dealership experience (3 Years).
• Knowing of PMS (Periodic Maintenance Service) as per company standards.
• Technicians will speak with their supervisors so the ability to understand instructions and communicating effectively will benefit you greatly.
• Knowing about the replacement of unit assemblys (Transmission Differential Transfer case suspension and brakes etc.)
• Basic knowledge about SST (Service Special Tool) tools handling.
