A leading engineering company in Doha is seeking a Technical Material Planning Coordinator to optimize material requirements for maintenance activities. This role requires 4+ years of experience in material planning or supply chain management, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of MRO/ERP systems. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure timely material availability and support continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency in English is required.
The Technical Material Planning Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and optimization of material requirements to support all scheduled, non-scheduled, and routine maintenance activities. This includes initial provisioning, material planning for modifications, reconfigurations, and ad-hoc maintenance requirements. The role also involves business process review, development and management of KPIs, and ensuring system data integrity to support accurate stock modeling and inventory optimization.
A key element of this position is driving continuous improvement in processes and systems, enhancing performance standards, and ensuring operational efficiency across the material planning function.
