• Build and lead affiliate operations in the assigned regions
• Manage a team of affiliate managers or bring your own team
• Recruit and grow networks of webmasters and local agents
• Develop partnerships with payment agents (Wallet Agent, Mobcash Agents)
• Monitor and optimize traffic performance and KPIs
• Drive consistent results and motivate your team

Ideal Profile :

What We’re Looking For :

• Solid experience in iGaming / betting verticals, preferably in : Melbet, Linebet, 1xBet, Betwinner or similar companies
• Deep understanding of the MENA, South Asia, and West Africa regions
• Hands‑on experience with Wallet Agent / Mobcash Agents
• Strong affiliate portfolio or the ability to bring in traffic
• A proactive, self‑driven, result‑oriented mindset
