Job summary

Work standard is seeking a qualified Surveyor for our Doha, Qatar office. You will perform land and construction surveys, determine boundaries, elevations and produce maps and reports for project teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency with GPS, total stations and surveying software. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided.

Surveyor - Doha, Qatar

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and construction sites to determine boundaries, elevations, and other important data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
• Interpret survey data and create detailed maps, charts, and reports
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
• Conduct research on land records and historical documents to determine property boundaries
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or inquiries
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working on construction sites or in remote locations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
• Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment, and software
• Strong mathematical skills for accurately measuring distances, angles, and elevations
• Ability to read maps, blueprints, legal descriptions, and other technical documents
• Good communication skills for working with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position with the option for part-time work depending on project availability. We also provide accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and round-trip tickets for employees from Pakistan.
