Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1700 QAR/month

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of our company in a professional and efficient manner. The Supervisor will ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures and will provide guidance on how to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the operations of the company in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures and provide guidance on how to improve operations.
• Train new staff members, ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction, resolve customer complaints efficiently, organize staff meetings to discuss operations and resolve issues, monitor employee performance, provide feedback and performance reviews with employees on a regular basis, and other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
