Job summary

Gender is seeking an experienced engineering professional to support strategic client accounts and major infrastructure projects. The candidate will act as the technical point of contact, ensuring high levels of service, stakeholder engagement and operational performance.

The role involves managing technical relationships, reviewing documentation, monitoring performance and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in technical account management or engineering project delivery.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical relationships with key stakeholders and project teams.
• Review technical documentation, project deliverables and engineering submissions.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support issue resolution and provide ongoing technical advice.
• Prepare management reports, performance summaries and recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and corporate standards.
