Qualifications

• Qatari National, Male (required).

• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with manpower plans.
• Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws.
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Prepare periodic HR dashboards and manpower reports for management.
