Alemadi Stones in Qatar is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales of marble and natural stone fabrication, installation, and maintenance services. You will visit sites, engage with architects and clients, and negotiate contracts to expand our business footprint.

The role requires a proven sales track record in the stone industry, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in stone/marble sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Generating sales by specifying and promoting our marble and natural stone fabrication, installation, and maintenance services.
• Daily site visits to generate leads and provide technical support to clients.
• Using your technical expertise to suggest applicable solutions and designs that meet the customer's needs and requirements.
• Conducting meetings with architects, clients, and consultants daily to promote our systems and identify opportunities to expand our business.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to develop accurate and consistent bids and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Achieving assigned sales targets by the deadline and providing excellent customer relationship management, including negotiation and complaint resolution, while effectively using the CRM system and following marketing guidelines set by the company
