Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position.
• Preferred experience in the Oil & Gas industry and regional experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies and procedures for alignment with leading practices.
• Support the development of the rewards strategy and procedures.
• Participate in designing and implementing rewards strategies.
