Maseera is seeking a PR & Communications Director to lead a top-tier corporate communications function across its diversified groups in the Middle East and Qatar. The role drives reputation, media engagement, and executive messaging at the group level.

You will oversee strategy, governance, and high-impact communications programs, working with senior leadership to mitigate risk and shape public perception across multiple sectors.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing corporate reputation, media engagement, and executive communications.
• Experience leading communications for large, diversified groups or government-linked entities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to influence executives and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the group's corporate communications and public relations strategy.
• Lead all media relations activities, including press engagement and corporate announcements.
• Oversee press releases, official statements, and executive communications.
• Advise senior leadership on reputation management and stakeholder communications.
• Develop executive visibility programmes, speeches, and spokesperson preparation.
• Lead crisis communication planning and issues management.
• Establish governance, editorial standards, and messaging frameworks.
• Monitor media coverage and reputational risks; provide insights to leadership.
• Partner with business units to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing communications team and budgets.
