Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. Our client is seeking an experienced Strategic PMO Analyst (Arabic Speaker) who will be responsible for guiding the strategic alignment of IT programs and projects with organizational objectives. This role plays a key function in ensuring that IT initiatives deliver measurable strategic value, support continuous improvement, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight
  • Guide the strategic direction of IT projects and programs to ensure alignment with long-term organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate and refine strategic project proposals, adjusting scope, timelines, and objectives to maintain alignment with business outcomes.
Strategic Program Management
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic IT initiatives from initial concept through completion.
  • Apply project and program management best practices to support strategic decision‑making and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
Stakeholder Management & Strategic Communication
  • Serve as a primary communication link for strategic IT project updates, ensuring stakeholders understand progress, alignment, and business impact.
  • Develop communication strategies to convey the value and strategic importance of projects to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Strategic Risk Management
  • Identify risks that could impact strategic outcomes and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and success of key initiatives.
  • Monitor strategic risks throughout project lifecycles and proactively recommend corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across IT processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Promote and support the implementation of innovative technologies and practices to strengthen operational capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic PMO, program management, or similar strategic role.
  • Bilingual proficiency with Arabic (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Experience in aligning IT programs and projects to strategic organizational objectives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced ability in Excel and Power BI for KPI tracking, analytics, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate strategic risks effectively.
