Qualifications

• 11–13 years of progressive experience in legal advisory or in-house legal practice for Expert level.
• 14–16 years of experience in corporate law, legal strategy, and leadership roles for Senior Expert level.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex contracts and agreements.
• Manage major litigation, disputes, and regulatory investigations.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and industry-specific regulations.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property, employment law, and corporate governance matters.
• Mentor and develop mid-level legal professionals.
