The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in ERP systems and IT program management, with at least ten years of experience, including a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of industry practices, particularly in construction, will enhance success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years working experience, with 8 years in a supervisory role.
• 2 years of experience in the GCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for IT programs.
• Monitor program progress, risks, and issues proactively.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines.

Skills

ERP implementation knowledge

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
