Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, business research, innovation, management consulting, or business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate and departmental strategies.
• Analyze business performance data and prepare strategic insights and recommendations for management.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating innovation opportunities, new business models, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and research papers for executive management.
• Monitor key strategic initiatives and track progress against objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support strategy execution.
• Support business case development, feasibility studies, and project evaluations.
• Maintain awareness of economic, technological, regulatory, and industry developments impacting the organization.
• Participate in special projects related to innovation, organizational excellence, and continuous improvement.
