Qualifications

• 7–9 years of post‑qualification experience, including 2–4 years in an in‑house counsel role.
• Solid experience in corporate and commercial law contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Business fluent in English and desirable Arabic language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate commercial banking & investment matters.
• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements.
