Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, English, Media, Business.
7+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, PR, journalism or content development.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
Ability to write and edit high-quality corporate and executive content.
Strong research skills to understand and communicate complex information.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for professional presentations.
Experience preparing corporate reports, proposals, presentations, press materials or executive communications.
Strong organizational and project-management skills.
High attention to detail and strong editorial judgment.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.
Confidence working with senior management and external partners.
Experience with AI-enabled tools and digital productivity platforms.
Experience with Mailchimp and CMS a plus.
Experience in sustainability, ESG, carbon markets, engineering, tech or innovation a plus.
Experience working in Qatar or GCC a plus.

Responsibilities

Draft, edit and coordinate press releases, media statements, press kits and other PR materials.
Support media relations activities, including media pitching, distribution and coverage reports.
Develop executive and corporate communications, including speeches, forewords, leadership messages and strategic correspondence.
Prepare and refine presentations, proposals, project pitches, award nominations, reports and other materials.
Develop content for corporate profiles, brochures, flyers, roll-ups, websites and other channels.
Review and enhance corporate video scripts and audiovisual content.
Support communications for conferences, exhibitions, ceremonies, MoUs and strategic events.
Research and compile organizational information for communication projects.
Maintain and improve the department's communications archive and knowledge base.
Prepare annual, quarterly and project-specific communications reports.
Develop and coordinate corporate newsletters, news digests and mass email communications.
Maintain and update corporate boilerplates, presentations and institutional profiles.
Monitor developments in sustainability, climate action, ESG, carbon markets, engineering and innovation.
Use AI and digital productivity tools effectively while ensuring quality control.
Coordinate Arabic and English materials for consistency and quality.
Undertake other corporate communication assignments as required.
