Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years working experience, with 5 years in a supervisory position.
• 2 years GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies for business growth.
• Oversee negotiation and administration of contracts.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Track and report on key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead preparation of competitive bids.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals.
• Support HSE initiatives and contribute to safety reporting.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of construction contractual matters

Excellent understanding of commercial and financial matters

Demonstrable knowledge in negotiating and reviewing documents

Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications

ERP knowledge preferably SAP

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

FIDIC Certification or Chartered membership
