Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counselling or psychiatry with licensure.
• Active professional license or registration required.
• Minimum four years of counselling experience post-licensure/registration.

Responsibilities

• Direct mental health service delivery to staff and dependents.
• Provide in-person and online psychological counselling and support.
• Refer crisis cases to external providers and liaise with mental health resources.
• Develop staff wellbeing training and preventative initiatives.
• Deliver manager-focused capacity-building sessions on mental health.

Education

Master’s degree in clinical psychology, Counselling, or Psychiatry

Active license or certification in the relevant field

University degree with four years of relevant counselling experience
