STAFF NURSE

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exact, total health and wellness care records and reports.
• Carrying out medicines to clients and checking them for adverse effects as well as responses.
• Recommending assistive medical devices and related therapies.
• Recording patient vital indications and medical information.
• Getting clinical analysis and professional examinations.
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in client conditions.
• Providing non-intravenous medications.
• Assessing, applying, preparing, or assessing client nursing care plans by dealing with care team participants.
• Changing patient health care plans as shown by client conditions and feedback.
