Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging and dynamic role? Our company in Lusail is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Indian national, you will be able to communicate effectively in English and have prior experience in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with document preparation and maintenance of records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Help with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expenses
  • Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, filing, and data entry
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
