A leading energy company in Qatar is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. This role involves managing documents, ensuring effective communication between Arabic and English speakers, and maintaining confidentiality in HR records. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Provide comprehensive administrative, document control, translation, and personal administration support to the department/team to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for accurate and timely management of documents, effective communication between Arabic and English speakers, and proactive follow-up on internal and external matters.
Completion of Secondary level education (12 years), followed by Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
