Job description
Primary Purpose of the Job

Provide comprehensive administrative, document control, translation, and personal administration support to the department/team to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for accurate and timely management of documents, effective communication between Arabic and English speakers, and proactive follow-up on internal and external matters.

Required Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience, with strong exposure to document control and translation activities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), document management systems, and basic office equipment.
  • Solid understanding of document control systems, archiving procedures, and version control best practices.
  • Strong ability to translate technical and business documents with high accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Experience handling confidential HR and personnel records.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external parties.

Educational Qualifications

Completion of Secondary level education (12 years), followed by Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
