Job summary

PrimeEstate in Al-Khor, Qatar, is hiring a Speech Therapist to join our growing team. You will assess and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders, working closely with patients and families to develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, valid Qatar license, and English fluency (Arabic a plus). You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stay current with research while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field.
• Previous experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Knowledge of various speech therapy techniques and tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor progress of patients through regular evaluations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the care of the patient.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve communication skills at home.
• Keep accurate records of treatment sessions and progress reports.
• Stay updated on latest research and developments in the field of speech therapy.
