Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Speech Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with patients of all ages, including children and adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing patients' needs and progress.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients' speech and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
