Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Al-Daayen, Lusail is seeking a Speciality Waiter/Waitress for their French Brasserie. The role involves high-quality food and beverage service, upselling products, and maintaining exceptional service standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant experience in five-star hospitality, and strong communication skills. A Basic Food Safety Certificate is also required. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Speciality Waiter / Waitress French Brasserie

This position is responsible for delivering a high quality fast accurate and efficient food and beverage service to our guests ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained according to our guests expectations.

Responsibilities
  • To welcome smile and greet our guests.
  • Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
  • To serve all our guests and colleagues with fast efficient and accurate service.
  • Attend and accommodate guests reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
  • To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offerings available to answer guests questions.
  • Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained.
  • Set up clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated promptly.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or a degree in Food & Beverage
  • Previous experience in a fivestar hospitality preferably in a similar concept
  • Knowledge about the PointofSale System
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
  • Basic Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
