Job summary

India Abroad in Lusail, Qatar seeks a highly qualified Spanish Tutor to join our team on a contract basis without accommodation. Plan and deliver effective Spanish lessons to students of various ages and levels, and create engaging learning materials.

You will monitor progress, conduct assessments, and collaborate with fellow tutors while staying up-to-date with modern teaching methods for non-native speakers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required (written and spoken).
• English proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Spanish tutor or teacher is strongly preferred.
• A degree or certification in Spanish language education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective Spanish language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials to enhance understanding and retention of the language.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to track students' progress.
• Collaborate with other tutors and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and techniques for teaching Spanish to non-native speakers.
