Avanta Works in Al-Khor is seeking a Spanish Language Tutor to deliver high‑quality language instruction. You will develop engaging lesson plans, lead one‑on‑one or small group sessions, and help students improve reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in Spanish.

Requirements include native Spanish, a Bachelor's degree in education (Master’s preferred), and a minimum of three years of tutoring experience.

Spanish Language Tutor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Spanish Language Tutor to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Spanish tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to our students, helping them develop their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the individual needs of each student
• Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
• Use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage students and make learning fun and interactive
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on their performance
• Identify areas where students may need extra help or support and provide additional resources accordingly
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Stay up-to-date with current teaching practices and methodologies in order to continuously improve teaching techniques

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Spanish language
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Spanish language tutor or teacher
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with students of all ages
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple students simultaneously

Salary: 1500$ per month

Preference: Pakistani nationals residing in Al-Khor are preferred for this position. Part-time candidates will also be considered. This is not a live-in position, accommodation will not be provided.
