Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior experience as a therapist in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Preferably male.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu and guest preferences.
• Maintain spotless treatment spaces and sanitize tools/equipment to standard.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of products and tools.
• Complete and maintain required records in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with general spa duties to support daily operations.
