Job summary

A technology services firm based in Qatar is seeking a Project Technical Manager to lead the delivery of smart city applications. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of project management skills and technical expertise in software systems and cloud solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and integration of technology components. Candidates with experience in the GCC region are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or technical management roles.
• Proven background in software systems, cloud-based solutions, and mobile/web portal development.
• Experience in smart city application or platform projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing technical lead for delivery and integration of smart city applications.
• Support the Program Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring delivery.
• Drive regular coordination meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
